Gabriella E. Borrego is an associate attorney whose litigation practice involves exclusively fiduciary litigation, trust litigation, will contests, and contested guardianship matters. She represents executors, administrators and trustees, as well as pursing the rights of estate and trust beneficiaries. She has experience appearing in Probate Courts in both North Texas and Harris County, Texas.
Drawing on her prior experience on the planning side, including the preparation of estate planning documents such as wills, trusts and powers of attorney, as well as forming limited liability entities, and operating agreements, Ms. Borrego incorporates her knowledge of both the planning and administration of estates into her litigation practice. She values honesty, empathy, and a genuine commitment to her clients.
Ms. Borrego is certified to serve as a guardianship ad litem, and a member of the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, and the Dallas Bar Association Probate, Trusts & Estates Section. She earned her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law, and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arkansas.
